Personal Use Only:
Courses - Courses are for your personal use only. You can not resell any of the course or its contents, including class resources. You also agree not to share any of the class and its contents with other individuals, even for their personal use. All commercial resources shared in class will have a notice on whether or not they can be used to make creations for commercial use. (e.g.- using a texture to create your own art piece, using a Procreate brush to create your own piece.)
Digital Brushes and Textures - Digital brushes are covered with a personal and commercial license to you when you've purchased through one of Artwork by Gabrielle websites. These brushes should not be shared to other users for personal or commercial uses. Other users must purchase a separate license, separate from yours, for their own usage.
Photo References - Only photo references that Artwork by Gabrielle mentions can be used for your commercial uses can be used by you. Some photos shown in courses are from Shutterstock.com where only Artwork by Gabrielle has purchased a license for her own uses. Therefore in these cases where Artwork by Gabrielle has not openly expressed that you can draw from the photo for personal or commercial uses, you should not since you may not be covered by a license yourself.
Intellectual Property Notice:
All images, text, designs, and graphics, are owned by and property of Artwork by Gabrielle or the credited party. Graphics are also covered by Artwork by Gabrielle's individual business licenses. It is a violation to use our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modify any of the materials found on this website. Use of content for commercial gain or without the express written permission of Artwork by Gabrielle is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible by law.
