Purchase and Access

When you purchase a digital product or course, you are buying a single-user, non-transferable license. This means:

You may use the product for your own personal or commercial creative work.

You may not share, resell, redistribute, or upload it for others to use.

Sharing login details, course videos, downloadable resources, or digital brushes with others violates these terms.

Lifetime Access Explained

When we say lifetime access, we mean:

You keep access for as long as the course exists and we continue to host it.

If we ever retire a course, move platforms, or discontinue hosting, we will provide reasonable notice and instructions for downloading any included materials you are permitted to keep.

This does not guarantee access to future versions, updates, or additional bonuses unless stated.

Refund Policy

Most courses and digital products come with a 14-day refund guarantee unless otherwise stated on the sales page.

After 14 days, all sales are final.

Intellectual Property

All text, videos, art, graphics, brushes, PDFs, downloads, and training materials are owned by Artwork by Gabrielle or the credited creator, unless otherwise stated.

Usage Rights & Licensing

Courses:

When you purchase a course, you receive a single-user license for personal educational use.

Share course files, videos, or logins with others

Some resources may include commercial usage rights. When provided, those rights will be clearly stated. If not stated, assume personal-use only.

Digital Brushes, Textures & Tools:

Digital brushes, textures, palettes, and tools purchased from Artwork by Gabrielle include a personal and commercial-use license for your own original artwork.

You may use these tools to create and sell your own artwork.

You may not sell, share, distribute, or include the brushes, textures, or tools themselves, whether in part or in full, in any product, freebie, course, or offering.

Each purchaser must obtain their own license. Licenses are non-transferable.

Photo References:

Only references explicitly marked for commercial use may be used to create work you sell.
Some references shown in lessons are licensed for Artwork by Gabrielle's use only. In those cases:

You may not use the original photos commercially

Selling artwork based on those photos without your own license may violate copyright laws

Where photo references are provided, the usage rights will often be stated.

If no permission is stated, please assume the reference is for personal practice only or check the original license on the source site (such as Unsplash, Pixabay, or the link provided).

It is your responsibility to review the terms of any linked reference image to ensure your intended use is allowed.

Affiliates

Sometimes we recommend tools or supplies we genuinely love. Some links may provide a commission at no extra cost to you. You are responsible for evaluating any product you purchase through an affiliate link.
